Theta Phi Alpha (ΘΦΑ) is a national women’s social fraternity, and is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference. The mission of Theta Phi Alpha encompasses far more than providing a social network for college women.

Since its establishment at Cornell University on February 19, 1982, La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Incorporated has been at the forefront addressing the issues that affect the Latino community for the past 35 years.
