As I sat down to write this column, trapped in my house and still feeling the sting of the email that Stevens sent out last week solidifying the rest of our semester online, I struggled to find anything to say about this whole ordeal.

If I’m being honest, I can’t remember a time when I was in school and wasn’t stressed. Even in middle school when I really shouldn’t have been so worried about schoolwork, I was fixated on being the best of the best.
We live in the age of “burns” and “roasting people.”
Over winter break, I had a lot of free time. And, like most people, I filled those spare minutes with mindless scrolling through social media.
Everyone has experienced burnout — or if you haven’t yet, chances are you’re about to. Although you may not know the exact term, burnout is when you’ve basically worked yourself into the ground and can’t seem to get motivated to do any work.
