In this bitter cold, the Stevens community is certainly glad for any little bit of help in weathering the weather. Sometimes, it might be difficult to appease the majority for various reasons.
Last week, we received a Letter to the Editor concerning the Registrar and some of their processes. I’d like to add my thoughts on the subject to bring attention to some issues that I’ve heard from others and experienced myself.
The budget deal passed by Congress in December reduces spending cuts, addresses sexual assault in the military, and prevents a government shutdown for at least two years.
WCPR blasted its way into the new semester with its brand new event: the Welcome Back Mixer. Anyone walking down Wittpenn Walk could hear the speakers booming in Jacobus (In fact, the cabinets were shaking in The Stute’s Office!).
There are a lot of things I never really thought I’d do. If you told me when I was a freshman that one day I would write for The Stute, I wouldn’t have believed you.
