In the insanely competitive world of finance and technology, it is absolutely essential to make yourself stand out to employers with your skills.
The Stute
Paul Reilly, originally from Hawthorne, NJ, is a freshman leaning towards Chemical Engineering. He is particularly interested in pursuing this major because of his interests in math and science from a young age, and he also took AP Chemistry in high school, as well as Chem 1 and 2 while at Stevens.
Some of you older ducks may have noticed great changes in The Stute during the past few years, but the freshmen are lucky enough to only know a quality campus newspaper – what we have internally named “Nu Stute.”
I’ll preface with a brief note: It’s been very gratifying to shed light on the struggles and issues women face, but as of lately it’s also been a bit personally draining to read and write up on some of the more negative aspects women face.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion had its 10th birthday over spring break. Bethesda Game Studios’ followup to their 2002 Morrowind introduced voiced characters and brought greater balance between combat styles (as well as removing spears, never to be seen again).
Writing this article, I am sitting on my bed at home typing away at my computer. It is currently 12:34am, and it has been a great few days of relaxing after a long week of midterms.
In New York, spring weather typically begins in late April, but the weather these past few weeks makes most people believe spring and summer have begun early.
We are in the home stretch. I have roughly 1 month to finish all of my Senior Design projects, and about 2 months to get a job before I graduate formally.
