Isabella is an Engineering Management Master's student at Stevens, and she's been with The Stute since February 2022. She received her Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in May 2025. Isabella served two terms as Editor-in-Chief of The Stute from 2023 to 2025, was the Layout Editor from 2022 to 2023, and is the current Archives Liaison. She's passionate about both leadership and design, and loves contributing to The Stute as it continues to grow and engage the Stevens community.
As the editor-in-chief of The Stute, I am proud to highlight the accomplishments and the journey of the senior class of 2023.
As the semester comes to an end, we are all faced with the daunting task of final papers, presentations, and exams to complete before we can get to our summer plans.
Last week, we had an Archives Deep Dive GBM, where we printed old copies of The Stute from important times in history.
When I first joined The Stute, I had no intention of ever writing. In fact, I distinctly remember saying, “I’m happy to be here, but please never make me write anything ever.”
Composting is the process of breaking down organic materials, such as food scraps and yard waste, into nutrient-rich soil that can be used to grow plants.

It happens every year, October flies by and it’s almost Halloween and you still don’t have a costume. Whether a group costume fell through or the motivation to shop just isn’t there, fear not because there is already a costume waiting for you in your closet.
As the layout editor of The Stute, I really enjoy seeing students around campus reading and appreciating our print copies of the paper.
