Students lined up on the second floor of the Howe Building on Wednesday, March 26 not only to swipe into Pierce but also to receive free journals from and learn more about Stevens new Diversity Initiative, Be More.

Cold weather on Wednesday night did not seem to stop a 50-people crowd from gathering at Babbio 104 on 9:00 p.m.
On Saturday, March 22nd, while many denizens of Stevens were munching on Pierce, a select group of female students were honored at the Women’s Programs Recognition Brunch taking place at Madison Bar & Grill in with an exquisite brunch, awards for achievements, and the support of women they barely knew existed here.
With the influx of female students at Stevens comes a corresponding rise in women’s programs and short events available freely for them to attend.
On March 26th, 2014, President Nariman Farvardin strolled down Whitpenn Walk to meet with 35 guidance counselors from the Washington D.C.
Earth Week is coming up, and environmental issues are taking center stage. This year at Stevens, the ESW (Engineers for a Sustainable World) is launching a recycling initiative.
As you may or may not know, last week was the week of Eboard elections on The Stute. I didn’t bother mentioning it at the time, honestly because it is a touch overused for the topic of the first editorial of the new Editor in Chief.
