For the first time in Stevens history, the Visual Arts and Technology program hosted its senior exhibition at the Barsky Gallery in Hoboken, New Jersey.

The Society of Women Engineers gathered in the Bissinger Room this past Monday for an evening of “mocktails,” networking, and meaningful dialogue with five female panelists from Stryker, one of the largest manufacturers of medical devices and equipment.
The Stevens Dramatic Society will be performing their long-awaited shadowcast of South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night.

Just as end-of-the-semester stress was beginning to set in, Stevens’ comedy group Off Center presented their final sketch comedy show of the semester.
For an in-class exercise, I like asking students: “What’s your utopia?” I tell them that utopias aren’t fashionable these days; “utopian” is generally employed in a derogatory sense, meaning naively optimistic.
As classes end and this semester (finally) comes to a close, I don’t think I could be more happy. Overall, this semester has been my worst to date at Stevens, both academically and mentally.

Enduring any length of time at Stevens can give a student plenty to complain about, I have certainly done my share over my four years here.
Pier A in Hoboken was filled with over 200 runners for Tau Beta Pi’s Pi Mile Run last Saturday.
Tau Beta Pi is the nation’s second oldest honor society, and the only engineering honor society representing the entire engineering profession.
The Upright Citizens Brigade took the stage last Friday in Jacobus Lounge to perform an improv comedy show. Four young comedians from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York used audience-provided topics to set up several improvised sketches, some of which went off the rails.
