Years ago I was fishing on an ocean beach and caught a big, beautiful striped bass. My daughter and son, who were 8 and 10, respectively, were nearby.

On Wednesday, Oct. 29, the Office of Residence Life hosted “Plate of Culture” in Jacobus Lounge. The event was meant to educate students about various cultures and how they celebrate their respective holidays.
