As a well-renowned institution, students both undergraduate and graduate reap the benefits of the name of Stevens Institute of Technology. In 2018, a whopping 96% of Stevens graduates of the Class of 2018 had job security or admission to a graduate school within six months of graduation.
At the end of 2019, concerns were raised about the smoking practices at Stevens, especially with regard to how well rules regarding smoking were being enforced.

In preparation for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Stevens, President Farvardin’s 150th Implementation Steering Committee has launched Stevens150.com, a website detailing Stevens history and notable stories of Stevens students, faculty, and their achievements.
I have always loved meeting people who defy my expectations. To my amazement, the seemingly shy girl who sits next to me during class is overwhelmingly outgoing (and hilarious) once I began joking with her.
