Both parties should end the obstruction

This past weekend, the U.S. federal government entered into a shutdown. So what does this even mean? Basically, Congress could not pass a government funding bill through both houses getting the required amount of votes.

After many debates and discussions, the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, then headed by the current Vice President of Operations Rami Kammourh, finalized the new constitution and opened voting to the student body.
