On February 18, 2021, the new MakerCenter was launched at Stevens, After organized preparation since the Fall 2020 semester, the MakerCenter is available for use to all faculty, researchers, and students at Stevens, regardless of major or area of study.

During the course of the pandemic, there have been a fair share of COVID-19 cases at Stevens which have been documented.

Jeremy Livingston joined the Stevens Division of Information Technology (IT) in January 2021 as the new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Last year’s virtual commencement ceremony was held on October 18, 2020. Commencement planning usually takes several months, and last year’s planning reportedly started in July of the previous year.
After years of informal lobbying for the establishment of a dedicated prayer and meditation space at Stevens, religious student leaders are working on a formal proposal calling for the space which they hope to submit to administration before the end of finals.
