After COVID-19 pushed last year’s sorority recruitment to be completely virtual, Greek organizations were excited to host in-person recruitment once again.

On April 10, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) will formally vote on whether to amend their recruitment policies to include nonbinary students by allowing individual sororities to determine “their definition of women.”
While many Stevens experiences have been disrupted due to COVID-19, the Stevens Panhellenic Council still managed to organize formal sorority recruitment.

Coronavirus has not stopped the mermaids from swimming to campus. On April 5th, the founding class, “The Menente Line” of Lambda Tau Omega was announced on Instagram.
Greek Life fundraisers and events have been canceled due to the pandemic, however, our Greek Life Organizations have been finding unique ways to stay connected during this difficult time.
Alpha Phi is bringing a new Greek life pageant to Stevens this semester!
The event, called Mr. Heartthrob, will be hosted on March 5.
On February 26, 2020, the Black Student Union held “Wonder Womxn” in Babbio Atrium, the second ever held on Stevens campus.
This past weekend, the presidents of each Greek life chapter here at Stevens were required to attend a special event known as IMPACT.
The spring semester is here and with that comes recruitment. At Stevens, recruitment is a four-day process for women planning on joining one of five Panhellenic sororities that takes place during the last weekend of winter break.
