Optimizing your meals

Whether you are on a meal plan, cook for yourself, or order takeout every night, I’m sure there’s been a time when you wondered if you were getting the most bang for your buck.

Note-taking for success

Whether you’re transitioning from high school into your first year at Stevens or just getting back into the swing of things after Summer break, transitioning back into academics can be difficult.

Starting off the school year right

As I am now entering my fourth and final year at Stevens, I am filled with so many different emotions. Through my panicking for my final year, excitement to see friends again, and eagerness to learn new things, I wanted to take a step back and really be able to record my final year and share with others all of my tips and tricks I’ve found along the way for being  successful as a student at Stevens.

[Trying to] be sustainable as a college student

Being a college student can make it difficult to lead a waste-free life for many different reasons. I always try to live environmentally cautiously, but it can be difficult at times.

Spring break

With the craziness of last week and the stress of midterms and exams this week, it’s crazy to think that spring break is right around the corner.

Learning to ask for help

I always like to write an article like this around this point in the semester as almost everything has picked up, and—for me at least—stress levels are high and the motivation to fight burnout is low.

My favorite college investment

Before I had actually given it some real thought, I thought that buying an iPad would mean spilling, like, $1,000 on a glorified Kindle.

Back again

While my winter break wasn’t entirely restful (especially considering my last final was over at 4 p.m. on December 22), I really cherished all the moments I was able to spend without having a pile of work to do.

Trying to avoid burnout

We’re at a weird point in the semester. Midterms are over, but finals still feel kind of far away, so we just feel tired.
