On February 18, 2021, the new MakerCenter was launched at Stevens, After organized preparation since the Fall 2020 semester, the MakerCenter is available for use to all faculty, researchers, and students at Stevens, regardless of major or area of study.

In November of 2020, the first issue of the Stevens newsletter, “Duck Med,” was published. Duck Med was created by Jeel Shah, 3/4 Biology major, and it features pre-health articles that both undergraduate students and professionals can participate in.

On December 14, 2020, the Student Government Association (SGA) set forth a new constitution. This constitution was set to pass upon receiving a 2/3 vote of approval from at least 1/3 of the undergraduate student body.

The COVID-19 pandemic is continually extending its impact throughout the United States. Due to its exponentially increasing nature, matched with the current lack of a vaccine, cases are still on the rise as many are still being affected.
We are currently in the middle of the semester, so classes are in full swing. For me, this means that work is beginning to pile up, and time is becoming more and more nonexistent.
On October 18, Stevens hosted a virtual Commencement to celebrate the Class of 2020. Despite the restrictions of COVID-19, the achievements of the graduates were still commemorated as they were honored in a different way.
