Stevens Leased Housing follow up

Last week, an article titled “Majority of first years waitlisted for Stevens Leased Housing” was published in The Stute.

Due to the extremely short timeline of events (the first sophomore selection date was Wednesday, February 27, and The Stute picked up the story and went to press the following day), the Office of Residential and Dining Services (RDS) was unable to provide a statement about the situation before publication.

As of 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, there is no space left in Stevens Leased Housing (SLH).

Wednesday was only the first of two selection days for “sophomore” students, meaning all students given a Thursday selection time were immediately added to the wait list.

Wittpenn Walk is getting shut down

The title says it all: Wittpenn Walk, the iconic asphalt walkway from the Howe Center to the Babbio Center, is being shut down during the week of February 18 and will stay closed for the next few years as part of the University Center Construction project.

New SGA Cabinet Inaugurated
