Every spring, the Entertainment Committee hosts what is arguably the biggest event of the semester: TechFest. TechFest is a free, all-day event of food trucks, giveaways, carnival games, and general festivities usually held on Palmer Lawn, all leading up to a concert from a major artist. Recently, the Entertainment Committee invited artists Jesse McCartney last spring, and T-Pain the year before. Additionally, artists from inside the Stevens Community are invited to open for the big artists, with student band Phoneboy having opened for Jesse McCartney, and a few student DJs having opened for T-Pain. This is one of the most fun events of the semester and is a unique opportunity to see a famous artist perform right on campus, so make sure not to miss it!
