Up to this point, a majority of WWE fans have disliked the state of the main event at WrestleMania 30. As it stood two weeks ago, the main event for WrestleMania 30 was WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton versus Batista for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship (WWE WHC).

Following the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on February 23, the WWE Universe expected a spectacular Raw. With the WWE Network launching, Hulk Hogan returning, and the rumored return of The Undertaker (which came true), there was no way that the post-Elimination Chamber Raw could not be a fantastic show.

It was Wednesday, February 5, 2014, 9:00 p.m., and a full capacity Babbio Center 122 – it was the first-ever Veritas Forum at Stevens Institute of Technology, and the topic at hand could not be more controversial: can faith and science coexist?
Just a week from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) being removed, there has been a tremendous amount of news and activity on the professional wrestling front, especially in the WWE.
This past Sunday, the WWE hosted its 26th annual Royal Rumble pay-per-view. As outlined in last week’s column, the Royal Rumble is one of WWE’s most anticipated events of the year, a storied tradition, and simply a special night in professional wrestling.
It is hard to say with (genuine) confidence that some company will have some year be “its year,” let alone 8 days into the new year.
