Today marks the final day of Hudson Restaurant Week. For those unfamiliar with the week (and a half), it is a bi-annual event taking place in Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, and a few other locations in Hudson County where restaurants show off their food with a prix-fixe menu.
