Even if you are not into fashion, you’ve probably heard the name Virgil Abloh an awful lot lately. After all, he is a creative director for Kanye West, designer of his uber-popular brand Off-White, DJ (performs under the name “Flat-White”), architect (designed furniture and is releasing a collaboration with IKEA later this year), artist (recently took over London’s Gagosian Gallery for a collaborative exhibit with Takashi Murakami featuring prints and sculptures and designed the album art for Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Watch the Throne, and Yeezus and Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv Is Rage 2), and lecturer (so far at Columbia University, Rhode Island School of Design, and Harvard University).

Stevens hosts Project IMPACT STEM

On Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, the Center for Innovation in Engineering and Science Education at Stevens (CIESE) hosted Project IMPACT STEM: a collaboration between Stevens Institute of Technology and Lockheed Martin designed to increase involvement in STEM fields among middle schoolers and secondary school guidance counselors.

Detecting concussions through new blood test

The FDA released a Press Announcement authorizing the marketing of the first-ever blood test used to evaluate concussions in adults this past Wednesday.

It’s almost as if this number is screaming at people for something to change, but instead people decided to argue over what characterizes a “school shooting.”
