Athletics at Stevens compete within the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom divisions and are a part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III.
On Monday, October 24, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced its choices for the player of the week honors. This week, the Ducks had three athletes win the honor—two soccer players and one swimmer.
On October 10, the Middle Atlantic Conference named its weekly awards for Players of the Week. Stevens Ducks Rachel Rouse of Women’s Soccer was honored as Offensive Player of the Week, and Bailey Axelrad of Women’s Volleyball was honored as Defensive Player of the Week.
On October 8, Stevens Women’s Swimming had its dual meet season opener against Kean University.
Stevens fell 172-89, but the Ducks battled a few obstacles in and out of the pool the week leading up to the meet.
On October 1, the men’s and women’s cross country teams competed in the Purple Valley Classic which was held in Williamstown, MA, and hosted by Williams College.
On Wednesday, September 28, the Stevens field hockey team traveled to Sprague Field in a non-conference matchup with Montclair State University.
On September 23, seven Stevens alumni were inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame, marking the first induction ceremony in nearly three years due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Within the past week, the Stevens Men’s Soccer team extended their winning streak to eight games by defeating Widener University and King’s College (PA.)
The Stevens Women’s Tennis team competed in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Individual Championships over the weekend of September 17-18 at the Ralston Athletic Complex at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
