This piece is mostly coming from the (almost retired) student leader in me. Especially if you are balancing multiple leadership roles, this has to be the most important lesson.

And while our schedules are packed and we are constantly studying (or cramming) for our exams, one of the most important things to remember is the importance of being mindful of our mental health!
