Pawn to E4. Knight to F6. Bishop to D3. Chess pieces were flying around the board this past Friday, April 4, 2014, as the Chess Club hosted their semesterly bughouse tournament in Babbio 210.
Sunday morning, around 1:30 a.m., during the Epic Lan of the Computer, Console, GS (FIX), (C2GS), the new Eboard was to be decided.
On Monday, March 31, Pierce Dining Hall decided to take a shift from its usual dinner offerings. Students were greeted with a handful of fun beach-themed activities and live music performance in addition of the main highlight of the dinner: carefully-crafted cuisines from recipes prepared by chefs from three different universities, Marist College, SUNY New Paltz, and our own Stevens Institute of Technology.
On Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29, Off Center presented their First Centurion Show, written and performed by six members of Off Center and hosted by Matthew Nando Kelly.
On March 29, 2014, the Stevens Voice Studio hosted their Spring Honor Recital in the Music Room on the 4th floor of the Howe Building.
On March 27, 2014, Tons of students came to Bissenger looking for free food and stayed for the free Standup Comedy show.
Students lined up on the second floor of the Howe Building on Wednesday, March 26 not only to swipe into Pierce but also to receive free journals from and learn more about Stevens new Diversity Initiative, Be More.

Cold weather on Wednesday night did not seem to stop a 50-people crowd from gathering at Babbio 104 on 9:00 p.m.
On Saturday, March 22nd, while many denizens of Stevens were munching on Pierce, a select group of female students were honored at the Women’s Programs Recognition Brunch taking place at Madison Bar & Grill in with an exquisite brunch, awards for achievements, and the support of women they barely knew existed here.
