From April 21-22, 2021, donors contributed to Stevens Day of Giving which resulted in over $575,000 in donations. Raising awareness about the achievements of Stevens students within the School of Engineering & Science, the two-day event included participation from over 1,000 members of the Stevens community.

Ben Mirtchouk, a recent graduate from the Stevens undergraduate computer science program and currently pursuing Stevens graduate school, won first place in TCS CodeVita held from February 2021 until March 2021, a coding competition that Guinness World Records has deemed the “world’s largest computer programming competition.”

This summer, students are again pushing for Gianforte Family Hall (GFH) to be renamed. Also known as the Gateway Academic Center, GFH was named in 2017 after Montana Governor Greg Gianforte ‘83 due to sizable donations he made to Stevens.
