Stevens orchestra’s “Mostly Baroque” concert

On Saturday, April 9, 2022, the Stevens Orchestra performed their spring concert, “Mostly Baroque,” in DeBaun Auditorium. With their winter concert having no audience and being recorded instead, this is the Stevens Orchestra’s first in-person, live concert since pre-COVID-19.

Stevens Dramatic Society’s She Loves Me

Last week, Stevens Dramatic Society (SDS) came back with their second production this school year, She Loves Me. This was SDS’s first in-person musical since the pandemic and took place from March 31 to April 2 in the DeBaun Auditorium.

Phoneboy: A Stevens prodigy

Phoneboy, a band with millions of streams on Spotify and many fans, first sprouted at Stevens. Their first performance of their hit song “Acid Girl” was performed in front of Walker Gymnasium on June 4, 2018, while their most recent performance of this song was on tour with the popular band, The Happy Fits at the end of 2021.

After COVID-19 pushed last year’s sorority recruitment to be completely virtual, Greek organizations were excited to host in-person recruitment once again.

With around 200 clubs and organizations, Stevens has many different areas of interest for students to explore. One club remaining active is the Art Installations Club where students can express their creativity, immerse themselves with their peers, and take a break from their homework to sit back and have fun.

Doctor Nuran Kumbaraci, adored Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, has been teaching at Stevens for years but has since taken the Fall 2021 semester off from teaching.
