Washington Street is the main artery road in Hoboken, a hub of activity, transport, and commerce. It is also built on heavily aged infrastructure in dire need of repair and rehabilitation.

If my previous columns stirred up some controversy, I apologize in advance for the waves I am about to make.
Let’s take a moment to talk about school spirit at Stevens.
I am at a pretty interesting crossroads in my life, and I know that my current situation is not at all unique.
We are now past the midway point in the semester, which means that it only gets harder from here on out; so don’t celebrate yet, freshmen!
Okay, so, I am going to start complaining again, because this stupid thing happened again, and I need to blow off some steam about it.
Wow. Look at me.
I have been in this school since August 20, 2011. If I recall correctly, I arrived at 10:45 a.m.,
I have stirred up a bit of drama in the past few weeks, and I think I may have surprised a good number of people with my negative attitude.
I have been around the block here at Stevens. I’ve participated in the newspaper, I am a part of an Honor’s Society, I’ve had my run-in’s with the SGA and Office of Student Life, and I’ve even participated in some rituals for IUA, (photography with The Stute can get pretty hands-on).
I hope by now you all realize that I am horribly disgruntled with this school. From the administration to Physical Plant, I promise you I can complain and whine about everything in this school—and, thankfully, I am finally on my way out!
Listen, I really don’t want to make yet another pessimistic column. But recently, this school has done nothing but depress me.
