In August, Stevens opened its new Student Enrollment Services Hub, a centralized resource designed to make it easier for students to get help with enrollment-related questions. Located on the first floor of the Wesley J. Howe Center, the hub brings together support for student records, enrollment assistance, billing, and financial aid in one location. Stevens officially launched the center with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting event as students returned to campus for the Fall 2026 semester.
The hub was created as a collaboration among Stevens’ Divisions of Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and Finance. According to the university, its goal is to streamline processes that previously required students to navigate to several different offices. Stevens describes the hub as a “one-stop resource” that can guide students throughout their time at the university, from enrollment through graduation.
The new center is intended to reduce the time students spend figuring out where to go for help. Its services include assistance with transcripts, diploma requests, enrollment verification, and registration-related processes. Students can also receive help understanding tuition bills, fees, payment plans, account balances, and refunds. For financial aid, the hub can assist with FAFSA questions, aid eligibility, award offers, loans, and other financing options.
Although these services are now centralized for students, the hub doesn’t replace the Office of Financial Aid, Office of Student Accounts, or the Office of the Registrar. Those offices will continue to manage their specialized systems and processing behind the scenes. When a question requires more specialized assistance, the hub staff can coordinate with those offices and escalate the issue, allowing students to begin with one point of contact rather than determining which department handles their concern.
The university said the hub was established to remove administrative barriers and provide more consistent support to undergraduate and graduate students, including those studying online.
In an interview with Stevens media, Dana Caccio, the new inaugural Director of the Student Enrollment Services Hub, said, “From day one, our focus will be on creating a more connected and student-centered experience across enrollment-related services, making enrollment and financial processes feel like a partnership, and delivering support that truly puts students first.”
Students can visit or contact the hub on the first floor of the Howe Center. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday through Friday, as well as from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Students may also contact the hub by phone, email or a request through the Stevens Support Portal.
By bringing several commonly used services into one location, the hub gives students a simpler starting point for questions that may involve multiple university departments. Instead of searching for the appropriate office themselves, students can begin at the hub and be directed towards the information and support they need more quickly and with less confusion during busy parts of the semester.
