Spinach Pie Night, presented by the Hellenic Student Association

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, the Stevens’ Hellenic Student Association hosted their annual Spinach Pie Night. Spinach pie is a Greek pastry stuffed with spinach and cheese. This year, the pies were sourced from It’s Greek to Me, located on Washington Street. One student attending the event said, “It was good but more fragile than I expected.” The Hellenic Student Association is planning a large event for Oct. 26, two days prior to Greek Independence Day.
