There are not enough words to express my gratitude to my team, the alumni, and the Stute staff for putting together a beautiful gala. The whole point of this gala was to celebrate our alumni and show our current staff that they can still be part of our Stute community after graduation. From the food and decor to the alumni who shared their stories, I am in awe. Thank you!
I was on the fence if an event like this would ever happen again. But, after the overwhelmingly positive feedback, I know it will. I was even more impressed to see how our alumni engaged with our current staff. It was as if everyone knew each other already. The Stute has all bonded us, and it genuinely felt like we were a large family.
And an even bigger thank you to my Managing Editor, Tianna. Thank you for listening to every idea and somehow making it grander than we imagined. Thank you for your leadership, creativity, and long hours in the office, bringing our vision together.
It is baffling that a year of planning is complete. I am grateful, although I will admit, I am relieved to not have to look at another green and gold Pinterest board.
