The Stute E-Board’s Fall favs

Rafael Lee Li for The Stute

It’s that time of year again! September 22 marked the end of Summer and the start of Autumn! With the crisp air, colorful leaves, cozy sweaters, and pumpkin spice lattes, it’s no wonder people love the fall. In honor of the beginning of the season, I asked the Stute e-board what their favorite part about Fall is.

Isy Ziv (Editor-In-Chief)

Isy shared that she loves the warm and cozy vibes that the season brings. She sits and bundles up in cozy sweaters, sipping on apple cider and watching the leaves turn. She also can’t get enough of that satisfying crunch of leaves beneath her feet as she walks through campus. When it comes to the holidays, she has a strong attachment to all of them, but Halloween and her birthday take the top spots. Our Editor-in-Chief admitted her fondness of Halloween-themed episodes and movies that add to the autumn charm.

Tanya Avadia (Business Manager)

Tanya answered that her favorite part of fall included fashion and the cold weather. She prefers to bundle up in layers and experiment with different kinds of fall outfits that are both comfortable and fun. Beyond that, she savors the excitement surrounding the holidays. The family gatherings, celebrations, and traditions are what make it a season she truly looks forward to.

Arthur Serra (Managing Editor)

Arthur loves fall because of the excitement of it. The minute fall begins, so does the school year, and he enjoys settling back into his routines. Everything seems to click back into place for him, and he feels inspired and excited at the new beginnings ahead. He also admires the beauty that fall presents through the vibrant colors and changing of leaves.

Ava Wang (Outreach Chair)

Ava was the most descriptive in her response when she mentioned her love for the new beginnings that fall represents. She loves living in the same town as her “college besties” and sitting in the atrium part of Jefferson’s Coffee. She takes pleasure in the sun hitting her face while carrying a latte and watching dogs with sweaters pass her by on the street. She soaks in every minute of the season before it leaves us.

Jiya Jaisinghani (Layout Editor)

Hey, it’s me! Pumpkin spice lattes are the epitome of fall for me. A perfect fall day is walking down the pier in my UGG boots and sweater. I love having my headphones in listening to any Noah Kahn or Gracie Abrams song with a pumpkin spice latte to warm me up from the crisp, cold breeze. Fall is my excuse to wear a fuzzy blanket and warm up next to a fireplace with a book or a good horror movie.

Abby Jacobs (Digital Manager)

Abby’s only response was “the weather and the vibes.” If you know anything about Abby, this response just fits.

Nicole Giardino (Secretary)

Nicole’s picture-perfect falls combine nature, music, and the general cozy vibes. She enjoys walking around and listening to her favorite fall-themed music like Red (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift, Stick Season by Noah Kahan, and The Dream Chapter: Eternity by TXT. With a chai latte in hand, the perfect fall melodies and gorgeous scenery make for a perfect fall day.

“Umm. Oh, wait, yes, “sweater weather,” that’s it!”

Yes, Evan, sweater weather!
