UPDATE: According to one student, Stevens is supposedly running an old version of PHP and have no database backups. However, I.T. allegedly has snapshots of an entire instance of the R.A.G.E. website and may be able to restore the site to an earlier state.
At approximately 6:15 p.m. the official Stevens R.A.G.E. website showed “Sample Score” on the Points page, where the current standings for each class year are displayed. On the R.A.G.E. Assassins page there are not players listed, just empty space.
Since then, the R.A.G.E. committee has begun work to remedy the loss of data, as the standings have all been updated to 0 for each class year.
“There’s been a database malfunction, and the web team is working to fix it,” said R.A.G.E. Publicity Manager Natalie Barillaro.
According to the official Stevens R.A.G.E. Facebook page, R.A.G.E. Assassins is currently suspended until this issue is resolved. Campus is now a “safe zone” until further notice.
Students can still earn points by going to Stevens Console and Gaming Society’s (C2GS) LAN at 9 p.m. in Babbio 122 or the Audio Engineering Club’s Pumpkin Jam at 9 p.m. in Bissinger.
